Please allow up to 2 weeks for me to ship your order. Ship time depends on whether the item is in stock or made-to-order (made-to-order items like hoodies usually take longer) and whether I will be out of town vending at an event or otherwise busy. In any case I will print and ship as soon as possible. You will receive a message with shipping information once I mail your package. Thanks.

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

I will accept a return for exchange or refund for most items (depending on circumstances) EXCEPT for Made-2-Order and Allover Print items. Please send me a message and I will let you know the address to send the return to.

There are NO REFUNDS & NO EXCHANGES ON MADE-2-ORDER or ALLOVER PRINT items.

Returned items must be in new condition (unwashed, with tags) to be considered for a refund or exchange.

Hats - Please return hats in the original packaging or in a box that is at least 6" x 8" x 8". I will not accept any hat that is squashed into a smaller sized box or crushed in any way.

Screenprinted hoodies - These are made to order so all sales are final (no refunds, only exchanges). For exchanges, there is a $20 restocking fee.
